About Whole Body Cleanse

Body cleansing aids to lessen the toxins in the body which comes from the food we eat, the drinks we consume and the environmental pollutants.

It contains a variety of natural herbs. These herbs include:
• Super Milk Thistle (28 Ultracaps) is composed of a combination of milk thistle extract, artichoke leaf, dandelion root and licorice.
• Fiber Fusion, Lemon Flavored (14 Packets) contains psyllium husk which is a frequent cleansing element. It is a fibrous natural herbal that is used to take up toxins from the intestines when it runs through the system. Fiber Fusion also includes oat bran, marshmallow root extract and pectin.
• Whole Body Laxative Formula (35 Tablets) features a variety of extracts such as fenugreek seed extract, burdock root extract, slippery elm bark and marshmallow root extract that stimulate a good bowel movement.

Direction of Use:

Super Milk Thistle: Day 1 through day 7: One Ultracap at night. Day 8 through 14: One Ultracap in the morning and two at night.

Whole Body Laxative Formula: Day 1 through day 7: Three tablets at bedtime with 8 oz of water. Day 8 through 14: Two tablets at bedtime with 8 oz of water. Reduce dosage if you experience abdominal discomfort or diarrhea. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.

Fiber  Fusion, Lemon Flavored Formula: For 14 days, take 4 ultracaps in the morning and 4 at night, with 8 oz of water. Or, may be taken as 8 Ultracaps at night with 8 oz of water.

Warnings:

Consult a health care professional before using any laxative if a sudden change in bowel habits occurs and persists for two weeks. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition; discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Unless directed by a health care practitioner, do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting is present, or if you have kidney disease. Do not take more than three tablets in a 24-hour period or use the maximum dosage for more than two weeks. If taking prescription drugs, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.

   I love this cleanse because it's easy and you feel the effects soon after starting. The only drawback is that you have to be careful what you put the fiber fusion drink mix in. For example, don't put it in hot tea, because it coagulates almost instantaenously. Also, don't put it in any sparkling drinks (i like carbonated, no calorie, nonsweetened water) as it also coagulates, it just takes a few seconds longer than the hot drink. Otherwise, I love it!

   I just finished this cleanse and I am happy to say that it was very pleasant. I will be using this product every season now. I feel better than I have in years.

   I have tried other cleansers including the master cleanse. I was afraid of the 3 laxatives at first because I've had bad experiences with other cleansers sending me straight to the bathroom all day. This is my first week using it and I feel much lighter, more energy when I workout and it is changing my eating habits. It is gentle and it does work removing toxins.
