Does your company ship to Canada?

Yes we do ship to Canada, but payment must be made in US funds. Canadian customers are subject to PST and GST.

How long does standard delivery take?

Standard delivery for most products is 7 to 10 business days. We also offer 5 business day rush shipping ($6.95 additional) , 2nd day air service ($16.95 additional) and overnight service ($24.95 additional) as well.

What are the Payment Choices for ordering?

For your convenience we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. You may also pay by eCheck, but please note that it make take 3-4 business days for your eCheck to clear before the order is shipped. Payments by eCheck that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds are subject to a $30 penalty fee.

Do I pay taxes on the products I buy?

New York shipments only: New York State sales tax will be applied to all taxable merchandise. No sales tax will be charged to orders delivered outside of the state of New York.
